My series under “Escrow From the Trenches” are “war stories” about things that happen in the escrow world. On some days it is like deflecting and dodging mortar fire while trying to juggle Buyer, Sellers and Lenders, all who have their own agenda and going in different directions.
Finally! In this, the final part of this never ending drama, the new Deed is signed and are trying to get it to the Title Company. Then the drama happens when we can’t find the overnight messenger delivering the package!
