Escrow From The Trenches – Attorney Seller Series Part 4 – Original Or A Copy?

My series under “Escrow From the Trenches” are “war stories” about things that happen in the escrow world. On some days it is like deflecting and dodging mortar fire while trying to juggle Buyer, Sellers and Lenders, all who have their own agenda and going in different directions.

This is part 4 of a 6 part series and the problem now was trying to determine if the Seller did actually send us the original Deed? Or was it a copy?
