Very often we come across Deeds – Grant Deeds or Quitclaim Deeds – that are poorly drawn, making us wince, a frown, or raised eyebrows. These forms might have been drawn by all sorts of people, escrow professionals, attorneys, or the general public and most of the time, we are surprised that there have been no repercussions.
